8.4 Callback notifications This chapter lists all functions provided by the Fee module to lower layer modules. Note: Depending on the implementation of the modules making up the NV memory stack, callback routines provided by the FEE module may be called on interrupt level. The implementation of the FEE module therefore has to make sure that the runtime of those routines is reasonably short, i.e. since callbacks may be propagated upward through several software layers. Whether callback routines are allowable / feasible on interrupt level depends on the project specific needs (reaction time) and limitations (runtime in interrupt context). Therefore, system design has to make sure that the configuration of the involved modules meets those requirements.
